The Division performs building maintenance services necessary to provide safe, well-maintained County buildings in the most timely and economical manner. Efficiently manages office space utilization, future space/facilities planning, indoor air quality, parking operations and energy management programs. Provides central management of the operations, maintenance, and repair effort to maintain no less than 306 buildings County-wide. Over 4.2 million square feet of space is maintained for employees of the BOCC and all elected officials, many of whom provide direct service and quality programs to the public. |
