Manages the overall division, office space allocation / management, future space/facilities planning, energy management program, surface and garage parking facilities, indoor air quality, and energy efficient lighting programs. Provides personnel management services for over 100 employees.

Responsible for building/grounds cleanup, housekeeping services, office moves, lamp replacement, files/records moves, custodial, landcare and pest control contract management, and surplus property management.

Maintenance, repair of existing equipment, and installation of new service during interior/exterior renovations.

Manages a wide variety of planning and development functions associated with the County's Energy Management Programs, including energy audits, energy performance contracting, lighting and equipment energy-efficient retrofit actions, sustainable building practices, and the Energy Star and Green Lights programs.
