Mike Kelly has over thirty years of experience in the field of real estate, including eighteen years of service with Hillsborough County. Mr. Kelly holds a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Tampa.

In addition, he is a graduate of the USF Executive Fellows Program and he is a licensed Real Estate Broker.
