Effective April 1, 1999, the Hillsborough County Department
of Procurement Services Vendor Services Section began posting bidding opportunities and addenda
on the Procurement Services web page under Notice of Bids. The bid
documents are made available in a portable document format (.PDF) file
which you may view and print using free Adobe Acrobat software. You
may download Adobe from our Web page if you do not have it.
To view bids on Procurement Service's web page, click on the
Notice
of Bids and click on the Bid Number for the bid. Initially, not all bid
documents will be available from our web page, but if they are not, an instruction
page will be available to guide you. We will also continue to mail postcards
to registered bidders notifying them of bidding opportunities.
All addenda for bids will also be posted on the departmental web page.
Addenda are available from the Notice of Bids by clicking on the Addenda
number. We will continue to send notification of addenda to bidders who complete
and return the Bidder Registration.
If you have any difficulty viewing bids or addenda,
click on the “RELOAD” key on your browser
to see if the document will load. If not, please report any problems.
The posting of bidding opportunities and related addenda on
Procurement Service's web page is intended to improve our service delivery to Citizens
