Here you may obtain information on rezonings, which require a hearing with the Zoning Hearing Master (ZHM) followed by meeting with your Board of County Commissioners (BOCC). Information can also be obtained pertaining to the Land Use Hearing Officer Hearing (LUHO) process. Zoning petitions and other land use applications are scheduled several weeks in advance of any of these meetings. The Department Calendar includes the scheduled meetings of the Board of County Commissioners, Zoning Hearing Master, and Land Use Hearing Officer.
