The list is intended to itemize some of the more common inspections but may not include every required inspection on any given project. Always check with your project Inspector for specific details. This information is intended to be illustrative but not inclusive of all aspects of the inspection process and should not, therefore, be considered as a “punch list” of all required inspections. For purposes of this information, a residential construction project is defined as the construction of a one or two family dwelling.
