The complex offers many classes through the Community Development Corporation office. Some of the courses offered are EMT classes, ESOL classes, Prodigy Program & many others. The center also offers Head Start & Even Start Programs. The facility features a fully equipped fitness center & a large gymnasium with a performance stage & surround sound system. The University Area Community Center is adjacent to the Recreation Center.
