Administrative Services is responsible for the daily administration
and management of the department's operations
for Hillsborough County residents and visitors
to the Tampa Bay area.
This complex houses the department director and support staff as well as managers for Recreation Services, Park
Services, Conservation Services, Budget and Financial Services, Human Services, Non-programmed Parks, and Special Projects.
The staff at the "River Cove" complex, named after its street address, makes decisions that affect the day-to-day
operations at more than 42 recreation and community centers, 10 regional parks, thousands of acres of preserved land, more
than 500 permanent employees and thousands of visitors to the park system.The office complex is located on the scenic Hillsborough
