Please Note:

There are times where a case may exist on a property, however the address or parcel number has not yet been attached to the case. This is an occasional occurrence when a complaint is received by the department, but the address is not known by the caller. If you are not finding the results you expected please call our office at 813-274-6600 for assistance.

To search for Code Enforcement cases, please enter only one of the following search criteria.

Search by Case Number:
If you have a specific case number, please enter it into the field provided. After clicking on the search button you will be presented with the detailed information. Case numbers are in the format of eight numbers with the prefix of CE, for example CE08001236.

Search by street name or address:
Enter the numerical address and/or the street name. When entering a street name please do not enter street direction or street type (i.e. Dr, Ave, etc...), the less information provided, the greater your chances of a successful search. After clicking the search button you will be presented with a list of possible matches, clicking a case number from the results list will provide you with details about that case.

Search by Folio/Parcel number:
Enter the number in the field provided; Parcel numbers must be entered as 000000.0000, for example 074762.2796. After clicking the search button you will be presented with a list of possible matches, clicking a case number from the results list will provide you with details about that case.

Enter the name in the field provided. After clicking the search button you will be presented with a list of possible matches, clicking a case number from the results list will provide you with details about that case.
