  • 2017 Senior Games Events: Both are competing in the Horseshoes, Bowling, and Shuffleboard events. Richard will also compete in the Bag Toss.
  • Previous Senior Games Accolades: 2016---Richard won the Gold Medal in the Horseshoes, Bowling, Shuffleboard, and Bag Toss events. Beverly ranked third in the Race Walk event.
  • Hobbies: Richard loves to play penny poker, whereas Beverly's favorite game is Rummikub. And both enjoy hiking through County parks.
  • Former profession: Retired postal workers.
  • What they love about the Senior Games: The competitive atmosphere, the sense of camaraderie between returning players and new participants, and the exciting entertainment, especially if the activities are outdoors.
