Short Term Commitment, Long Term Love

60-Day Foster Program helps with adoptions at Pet Resource Center

Not able to do a long-term commitment right now but still want a furry friend in your life? Look no further than the Hillsborough County Pet Resource Center's 60-Day Foster Program. The 60-Day Foster Program allows you to foster a PRC pet that hasn't quite found the perfect family yet and can benefit from us learning more about him or her to help adopt out.

Pet Resource Center has many dogs that qualify for the 60-Day Foster Program, like Chevelle.

How can fostering help a dog get adopted you ask? For 60 days, you live with the dog and learn everything there is to know about his or her personality; whether the dog loves kids but hates squirrels or is house broken and knows how to roll over. The more information PRC has about a pet, the better the chances are for that pet to be adopted. By fostering a PRC pet, you are helping them find their forever home.
