Fun fact: Cauliflower - yes, it actually is a flower - is a trendy food. Like eggplant, beans, and other versatile vegetables, it has a "meaty" texture and is delicious grilled or battered. It also can stand in as a mashed potato substitute, or be crushed to make gluten-free dough.
