After School Transportation Offered to Brandon Rec Center

Hillsborough County, Fla. (Dec. 27, 2016) - The after-school program at the Brandon Recreation Center is more convenient than ever now that students at Limona Elementary School can take a school bus after classes end and be dropped off at the recreation center.

The after-school program at the Brandon Recreation Center, 502 E. Sadie St., offers athletics, indoor and outdoor games, arts and crafts, and gardening activities. The program is open to all students in Hillsborough County from kindergarten through fifth grade.

Children will have an opportunity to complete homework when they arrive at the recreation center, then have a snack before organized play begins. The program ends at 6 p.m.

Parents can enroll their children online in the after-school program or call (813) 744-5595. The full rate is $76 every two weeks; reduced rates are available for students on the free or reduced school lunch program.
