Project Cost & Funding
Land Acquisition - $2,000,000; Park Design and Construction - $1,800,000. Funding provided through the Riverview/Brandon Area Parks CIP (C83266000).
With the completion of the acquisition, park design will be finalized with construction beginning within two years.
