Mission Statement:
The Child and Family Counseling Program provides a continuum of non-residential and residential services to children and families experiencing runaway, ungovernable and chronic truancy problems. In the Child and Family Counseling Program, teenagers are provided with a safe refuge while resolving their personal and family problems. Through counseling services which are provided both residentially and non-residentially, children and their families are helped to improve communication and to resolve conflicts successfully. The Safe Place Program helps teenagers find their way safely to shelter and then home.
