The fifth annual Elderly Affairs Day held on May 14, 2009, was a wonderful celebration of the seniors in Hillsborough County. Sharon Greene, Aging Services' Secretary, sang the National Anthem. Seniors enjoyed exercise demonstrations and health screenings, as well as dancing and door prizes. The event was a huge success thanks to the great partnership between the Department of Aging Services and the Tampa Housing Authority.
